"Fun escape room with the right amount of help"
I had a really fun time at Escape Manor. The way they handled clues was actually perfect, in my opinion. Like, does anyone else hate when you either get no help at all or they basically solve it for you? This was right in the middle. We got a little nudge when we were clearly stuck, but it never felt like they were giving anything away. It kept the game moving and made it way less frustrating. The staff were super chill too. I’d definitely go back.

"Went here for a date night and…"
Went here for a date night and had a really good time. The room kept both of us busy, and we were laughing a lot, which made it way more fun than just doing the usual dinner or drinks. The staff were friendly too, so no complaints there. I will say it felt a little rushed near the end, and I’m not the most patient person when I feel like I’m being hurried, so that part bugged me a bit. Still, overall it was a fun night and I’d probably go again.

"Nice Staff, But a Few Annoying Hiccups"
The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome, which I appreciated. They explained everything clearly and helped us out when we got stuck. But yeah, a couple things could’ve been smoother, and it got a little frustrating at times. Overall, it was still a fun visit, just wish the small issues hadn’t slowed things down.

"Stayed here with a group of…"
Stayed here with a group of friends and it worked out really well. Booking was easy, and the rooms had plenty of space for all of us. The location was nice too—we were close to a lot of the stuff we wanted to do, so we didn’t really have to stress about getting around. It felt clean and comfortable, and everyone had a good time. I’d definitely stay here again for another group trip.

"The game itself was fine, but I ended…"
The game itself was fine, but I ended up feeling like it wasn’t really worth the hassle for us. Getting there took longer than we thought, and parking was super annoying. By the time we finally got settled, I was already a little frustrated and kind of regretting booking it. If you’re already downtown or live nearby, it might be no big deal, but for us the location made the whole thing feel more stressful than fun.

"Great game master, but communication could’ve been clearer"
Our game master was awesome. They helped us out when we got stuck without just handing us the answers, which made the whole room way more fun. The only annoying part was that some of the communication before we started wasn’t super clear, so we were a bit confused at first. Still had a great time though and would definitely go back.

"Such a fun escape room"
Umm, this escape room was really fun. The storyline actually pulled us in and made us care about what was going on, instead of it just feeling like a bunch of random locks and puzzles. We got into it quickly and even kept talking about the plot afterward. The staff stayed in character too, which made the whole thing way better. I’d definitely do another one.

"I've been to Escape Manor a few…"
I've been to Escape Manor a few times now and it still doesn't feel old. Each room has a different vibe, and depending on who you go with, the whole experience feels a bit different too. I always end up noticing little things I missed before. It's defintely not just a one-and-done kind of place. We'll prob keep coming back whenever we want something easy, fun, and not too much of a hassle to plan.

"Kids Had a Great Time"
I’ll admit I wasn’t paying attention to every little detail, but what I did notice was that the kids were having a lot of fun the whole time. The staff were really patient with them too, which made the experience feel relaxed and easy.

"Smooth check-in, tiny lobby chaos"
Check-in at Escape Manor was easy. The staff found our booking right away and gave us the rundown without turning it into some 45-minute lecture, which I appreciated. We showed up a few minutes early and had to wait a bit because it was busy, but nothing dramatic... even though the front area felt so crowded at first that my brain briefly acted like we had walked into airport customs. Once we got checked in, everything settled down and it was totally fine. Giving 4 stars just because the entrance area was a little confusing at the start.

I was a bit disappointed with the place. The floors were dusty, which made it feel like it hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the bathrooms really needed some attention. It just left me feeling uncomfortable during my visit

"Fun overall, but the pacing felt off to me"
I had a decent time, but for me the puzzle difficulty felt a little uneven. Some were super easy, and then others seemed like we needed random hints just to keep moving. It kind of broke the flow for our group, even though we still had some fun

"Super fun room!!!"
Had a really great time in this room!!! It felt realistic and was a lot of fun to work through... a few of the props looked a little worn, but it didn’t ruin the experience at all!! Still had a blast!!!

"A Bit Too Pricey for Me"
I felt it was too expensive for what I got. I was also expecting a faster response, especially at that price point. Overall, it just didn’t feel like the best value.

"Stairs Didn’t Feel Very Safe"
The stairs felt a bit unsafe to me, and I wouldn’t say the place is very wheelchair-friendly. Compared to other places I’ve been, it just… wasn’t ideal for anyone with mobility issues

"The rooms were way nicer than I…"
The rooms were way nicer than I thought they’d be. It felt like they put about 10 times more effort into the set design than I was expecting, and it made the whole game feel really real without going over the top. A couple of spots felt like we’d walked straight into a movie set. The lighting, props, and little details all fit the theme really well. Had a great time and I’d definitely come back to try another room
